“I contacted Independent Property Group in Gungahlin, to discuss placing my townhouse in Nicholls on the market. After consultant with Paul Corazza, Sales Manager at the Gungahlin office, I signed the necessary Agreement, allowing Independent to handle my sale. During the following two weeks, the various required inspections were carried out, and photos were taken, prior to my home being officially placed on the market. On Saturday & Sunday, it went on exhibition. The following Monday morning, I was advised by Paul that a holding deposit had been paid the previous evening.
